All returns are for store credit only & must be accompanied by your receipt.
Books, patterns, & special orders may not be returned.
Needles may be returned within 2 weeks. That gives you time to see if you already have that size needle or to knit a gauge swatch to know you purchased the correct size. The needles must be in their original packaging and the packaging can't be damaged - open carefully.
Clearly unused yarn in good condition may be returned for up to 1 year. Even someone as slow as I am should be far enough along in the project to accurately calculate how much yarn is needed to finish. Yarn that has been wound may not be returned.
Special orders must be paid for in advance and may not be returned. If the order is for a yarn or color we don't normally stock, you must purchase the minimum amount we are required to order.
For the instructors to be prepared with adequate supplies, classes must be booked & paid for in advance. If there are no reservations, a class will not be taught. If you have a conflict after registration, call and the instructor will reschedule with you.
If you have a special project you would like to see as a class or if there is a class that has been taught before but isn't on the current calendar, just ask and we will create that class for you. Our instructors are so talented we can't begin to schedule all the classes they can teach. Let us know what you want.
Our talented staff is always happy to help you solve a problem. We suggest you call first and make an appointment with someone or sign up for a B &B class. Without an appointment our staff's first priority must be to customers in the shop and you might not receive the attention you deserve. The ladies sitting & knitting, especially on Thursday evenings are usually very generous with their expertise.
